COVID19 REPORT UPDATE 7 MONTHS ON

In the late spring of 2020 Phoenix engaged with a community of clients and other contacts to assess how they viewed the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. That proved to be a fruitful and insightful survey.

Six months later we issued a follow up survey using mostly the same questions. We changed three question in response to survey 1 respondents' feedback.
