ReD Fuel Card (Europe) Ltd appointed Phoenix to undertake some work which was primarily focused around process improvement. The work lasted for 20 weeks and finished approximately 24 months ago.

Once improvements had been agreed upon, the teams were then responsible for working with the respective managers and staff to implement the changes. The benefits achieved were often immediate and the company is still reaping the rewards of the process changes.

I have no hesitation in recommending Phoenix to other organisations.
